Here is a little application i have been using for a long time to rename my movie files quickly after download.

Its not the simplest of applications to use but once you get use to it, its great. it has has features like:

Replace - Mass replace a charector or string of charectors from all files
Upper Case - make all file names UPPERCASE
Lower Case - make all file names lowercase
Large Case - make all file names Large Case ( capital at start of all words )
and many more.
