What you need to do is perform a RED button reset of your device.
1. Check and conirm with directv website you have latest version
2. Press the red RESET button behind the access card panel door on the front of the DIRECTV Receiver
3. when the “hello” screen is showing enter the code 02468 which forces an entire reload of the software.
4. your all done, you should now not get the error, if you do check your firmware is latest and try again (can take 5 attempts) if you are still unsuccessful please consult Directv directly and the serviio project can not provide any support for this
